What’s our warranty?

3-Year Limited Guarantee

L.B. Welding warrants to the original owner that their trailer will be free from structural defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of retail purchase providing all use conditions have been met. For a period of 3 years from date of retail purchase, L.B. Welding will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any part or parts which in the opinion of L.B Welding have been shown to be defective under normal use.

Explicit Warranty Exclusions
  1. Deterioration of paint and appearance due to use and exposure.
  2. Tow vehicle wear, wiring and improper hitch usage.
  3. Damage caused by loose screws, nuts, lug nuts and bolts.  It is the owner's responsibility to maintain proper tightness.
  4. Damage caused by misuse, overloading, negligence, alteration or failure to provide necessary repairs and maintenance on an "as needed" basis.  In addition, L.B. Welding will not pay for loss of revenue, rental of substitute equipment, towing charges, cost of service calls, costs related to delivering trailer to L.B. Welding for warranty repairs or cost of work done by others or inconvenience.

ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY NOT PROVIDED HEREIN, AND ANY REMEDY FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT WHICH BUT FOR THIS PROVISION MIGHT ARISE BY IMPLICATION OR OPERATION OF LAW, IS HEREBY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO A TERM OF ONE (1) YEAR. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL L.B. WELDING BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF WARRANTY OR BREACH OF CONTRACT
